Taekwondo Lessons in Norwich and Great Yarmouth
About Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Martial Art which is similar to karate where participants use their hands and feet to attack and defend against their opposition. The sport is an event at the Olympic Games and is a national sport in South Korea.
When learning how to master the art of Taekwondo, not only do you learn about physical fighting, but it also teaches you a lot about respect and is great for both your mental and physical health.
At East Norfolk Taekwondo, we welcome students of any age and ability to our classes in Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth, as well as teaching students at the University of East Anglia at the UEA Sportspark in Norwich.
We are a family orientated club and enjoy nothing more than seeing our students improve week by week. Whether you are looking for an activity for your children or for the whole family, Taekwondo is a fantastic way to get fit and have fun.
